Sales Manager, Southwest Region - Connect, Cultivate and Close Enterprise and Global End User Prospects. Prospect, cultivate and close new projects with S2’s Integrator partners, OEMs and Distributors in accordance with the goals of the annual sales plan. Prospect and develop new integrators as directed by the sales plan. Provide complete pre-sales project support including specification response, quotations, system configuration and product demonstrations. Identify and support industry influencers and consultants to drive demand for S2’s product portfolio. Maintain an updated and complete record of all activity and opportunity progress in S2’s Sales CRM. Manage important business processes in your region including: lead distribution and management. Local, Regional and National trade event coordination and support. Support the ramping of new Integrators as required, sales, marketing and training support. Training and management of Manufacturer’s Reps in the territory. Minimum five years of sales experience working for a security industry manufacturer.
